Single-storey light steel structure building
The primary member is Q345B, all are sand-blasting,
The surface treatment quality required meets GB 8923 SA 2 1/2 Grade
Painting is two coats of anti-corrosive primer and two alkyd finish
Crane runway girder is equipped in each span, install 32mt and 16mt overhead crane
The general span is 27Mx4 span, the bay space is 9.0m, 6m, 12m.
The roofing slope is 1: 20, adopt 1.2mm stainless steel gutter, φ 160mmPVC pipe for downspout
The roofing cladding is a t=0.53mm HV-475 single layer galaluminium iron sheet with original colour from YIEH PHUI Company, China
The skylight is blue colour skylight
The wall cladding is t=0.5mmHV-205B ingivory white colour coated sheet from BAOSTEEL, China
The door installed in outside wall is 1.2mm thickness roller shutter door
The window installed is adjustable louvers and fixed windows, 5mm thickness float glass
The awning is HV205B double-level colour coated sheet.
Generally and basically,
1. The total length of butt weld for steel columns, steel beams, crane runway girders in this steel structure project is 402.75m, the FPY of flaw detection for weld seam length is 98%, the quality of seam reaches 100% after one-time reparing.
2. The total quantity of high-strength bolts used in this project is 6785sets, whose successful first-performation-rate is 100%
3. The total number of steel columns is 121 pieces, the quantity checked after fabrication is 14 pieces, among which its elevation deviation is -2~+3mm, its displacement deviation is 1~5mm, its vertical degree deviation is 4~14mm;
4. The total number of crane runway girder is 160 pieces, the quantity checked after fabrication is 16 pieces, among which its midspan vertical degree deviation is 0.6~2.1mm, its rise value of lateral bending (side bend)is 1~8mm
5. The steel roofing truss is 21 frames, the number checked after fabrication is 8 frames, among which its midspan vertical degree deviation is 0.8~2.2mm, its rise value of lateral bending (side bend)is 2~8mm
6. The spots checked by us for overall vertical degree and overall plan bending degree in main body when pre-installation, among which its deviation value of overall vertical degree is 5~13mm, its deviation value of overall plan bending degree is 10~24mm
